About CIAPST

China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology (CIAPST)

Established in 1988 with the approval of the State Council Leading Group on Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, CIAPST is a national social organization registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs (Unified Social Credit Code: 51100000500017650Q).

Mission

To unite scientists, educators, financiers, entrepreneurs, industrialists, management experts, and engineering professionals domestically and internationally, fostering the development of science and technology in China, promoting the integration of science, technology, and the economy, strengthening international scientific and technological exchange and economic cooperation, revitalizing China, and achieving "industrialization of science and technology and technologization of industry."

Main Responsibilities

1. Organize international conferences with domestic and foreign experts to discuss ways to enhance the technological and managerial levels of China’s science and technology industries and explore methods to integrate science, technology, and the economy.
2. Assist domestic enterprises in attracting foreign investment, facilitating partnerships between domestic enterprises and international funds, helping domestic enterprises enter the global market, and participate in international competition.
3. Provide information services for the international exchange of scientific and technological talents, fostering the global presence of Chinese science and technology professionals.
4. Offer consulting services to improve enterprise management, enhance technological content, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into commodities.
5.Provide services for small and medium-sized foreign tech enterprises entering China and for domestic small and medium-sized tech enterprises expanding internationally.
6. Facilitate the exchange and cooperation of scientific and technological achievements across the Taiwan Strait in the name of CIAPST, promote the industrialization of these achievements, and drive cross-strait science and technology products into the international market.
7. Independently organize the research and development of key scientific and technological projects to strengthen its economic capabilities.
