Pharmaceutical Services as a Key Component of Healthcare

Pharmaceutical services play a vital role in ensuring medication safety, promoting rational drug use, and safeguarding public health. However, in the face of emerging technologies and innovative concepts, the field urgently requires strengthened innovation-driven thinking. Under the influence of new productive forces, pharmaceutical services must actively explore systems that better meet public needs. Moreover, fostering international exchange and global knowledge sharing is essential to accelerate the transformation and upgrade of pharmaceutical services.

Unity of Knowledge and Action: Multidimensional Practices Driving High-Quality Development

In addition to fostering collective efforts to reshape the ecosystem of pharmaceutical services, the 2024 Forbidden City International Pharmacists Conference adhered to the principle of "unity of knowledge and action." The conference promoted the practical implementation of "value-driven pharmacy" through multiple innovative approaches in pharmaceutical services, advancing standardization and homogenization across the field.

Key Publications and Standards Released

To safeguard the high-quality development of pharmaceutical services, the conference introduced several landmark publications and standards, including:
